These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NapNap Baby mobile application ("the App") operated by SEVE API S.R.L. (CUI: 45436361, Reg. No: J32/11/2022), registered at Str. Prundu Mare Nr. 9, Avrig, Sibiu, 555200, Romania.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

NapNap Baby is a baby sleep and feeding tracker that helps parents and caregivers monitor their child's sleep patterns, feedings, and growth. The App provides features including:

• Sleep and feeding tracking with timers
• Sleep predictions based on your child's patterns
• Nap duration warnings
• Reports and charts
• Multi-device synchronization
• Data import and export

2. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Sleep predictions, wake window suggestions, and nap duration warnings are based on general guidelines and your child's historical patterns. They are intended as helpful tools, not medical recommendations. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child's sleep and health.

3. Accounts

• You can use the App as a guest (local data only) or create an account using your email address
• Authentication is handled via magic link (passwordless login)
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. Premium Features

Some features require a one-time in-app purchase ("NapNap Pro"). Premium features include sleep predictions, nap warnings, detailed reports, custom reminders, and data import/export.

• Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• The purchase is a one-time lifetime payment — no recurring charges
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies
• Premium access is tied to your store account and can be restored on new devices

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use automated means to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the property of SEVE API S.R.L. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Availability and Updates

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may release updates that change, add, or remove features
• We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice
• Maintenance or server issues may temporarily affect data synchronization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's sleep predictions or suggestions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sibiu, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
