NapNap Baby ("the App") is operated by SEVE API S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI: 45436361, Reg. No: J32/11/2022), with its registered office at Str. Prundu Mare Nr. 9, Avrig, Sibiu, 555200, Romania.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the App:

• Account information: Email address (used for authentication via magic link login)
• Child data: Name, date of birth, and optional details (gender, birth measurements) that you choose to provide
• Sleep and feeding records: Sleep session times, feeding times, types, amounts, and notes that you log in the App
• Growth measurements: Weight, height, and head circumference data you choose to record
• Device information: Push notification tokens for delivering notifications you enable
• Feedback: Messages you voluntarily submit through the feedback feature

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the App's core functionality: tracking sleep, feedings, and growth
• To generate sleep predictions and reports based on your child's patterns
• To send push notifications you have enabled (sleep predictions, nap warnings, reminders)
• To sync your data across your devices
• To process in-app purchases
• To improve the App based on aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services solely to operate the App:

• Google Firebase Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics to help us improve the App. Firebase Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management. Processes transaction data only. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and purchase processing
• Mailjet: For sending authentication emails (magic links). Only your email address is shared.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. The App also stores data locally on your device using encrypted storage for offline access. Data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption.

5. Guest Mode

You can use the App without creating an account. In guest mode, all data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. If you delete the App or log out, guest data is permanently deleted.

6. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. When your account is deleted:

• Your personal data (email, name) is permanently removed
• Child data and activity records are anonymized (disassociated from your identity)
• Local data on your device is cleared

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for parents and caregivers to track their children's sleep and feeding patterns. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. All data is entered and managed by the parent or caregiver.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable Romanian and EU law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data (available via the CSV export feature in the App)
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes. Authentication tokens and magic links expire automatically.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
